Adviser Responsibilities
Adviser Responsibilities
Make sure registration forms are completed and signed.
Do not register a delegate until you are sure he or she can attend. There are no refunds for cancellations.
You must mail the signed registration form with payment to your state director if you are attending as part of a state delegation. If you are registering directly, mail only one check or charge that covers registration cost for every delegate you are bringing.
All delegates must be officially registered with NASC to attend the conference. Advisers should not allow anyone not officially registered to travel to the conference. Anyone who violates this policy, will be removed from the conference and their school principal notified. There are no on-site registrations.
Make sure you and your students complete Participant Commitment forms. These forms will be available online and must be turned in at the conference. There are separate student and adviser forms.
