NASC Awards & Scholarships For Students

Through these award and scholarship programs, students can obtain scholarships and gain recognition for their academic efforts, service, and leadership.

NASSP/Herff Jones Principal's Leadership Award - Principals can use this program to recognize one outstanding student leader from the senior class. Nomination information is now available. Postmark deadline for submitting nominations is December 3, 2010.
Prudential Spirit of Community Award - The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards recognize middle level and high school students who have demonstrated exemplary, self-initiated community service.
President's Volunteer Service Award - The President’s Volunteer Service Award recognizes Americans of all ages and backgrounds who have made a sustained commitment to volunteer service.

American Citizenship Award
The American Citizenship Award, sponsored by NASSP and the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP), is a great way to foster community service and volunteerism and to honor young people who have shown by their words and deeds that they have the qualities and characteristics we hope to instill in all of our students.
The President's Education Awards Program
Sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education, PEAP helps schools recognize and honor those students who have achieved high academic goals through hard work and dedication to learning.
