Registration Fees

NASC Members:
$425 per person for students and advisers from NASC member schools and their family members who wish to attend the conference.

Non-members:
$525 per person for all attendees from schools that are not members of NASC. (Non-member schools may wish to join NASC for the $95 membership fee instead of the non-member registration fee. Membership applications)

Spouse Evening Activities Only:
Spouses of NASC advisers can register for evening activities only at $375 per person and will not be admitted to any daytime activities. Spouses are responsible for their own transportation to all evening activities.

The registration fee (except spouse evening activities only) covers all official conference activities and meals. It does not cover the hotel costs. Money for incidental purchases, snacks, and travel to and from the conference are the delegate’s responsibilities.

Payment:
Only U.S. currency will be accepted. Payment must be made with a single check or credit card charge per school or delegation . We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express only. No cash or purchase orders will be accepted. The registration forms and payment MUST be received before registration can be confirmed. All incomplete forms will be returned and space will not be held.
