Cancellation/Substitution Policy

Refunds for cancellations will not be issued.

Substitution forms will be available at www.nasc.us/2010conference soon. Substitutes will not be confirmed until a completed registration form, a substitution form, and fees have been received by the NASC National Office.

If registration is through a state association as part of the state delegation, the state executive director must also be notified of any substitutions (State Executive Directors have the forms).

Substitution Form Deadlines:

  • Forms postmarked by May 21, 2010, will be assessed a $25 fee, which must accompany the form. Forms faxed to the NASC National Office by this date must include a credit card payment for the fee.
  • Forms postmarked by June 8, 2010, or processed at the conference, will be assessed a $50 fee. All substitution forms faxed to the NASC National Office must include credit card payment for the fee.

*Do not mail any substitutions after June 8, 2010.
